IME Observers of WNY, LLC attends scheduled appointments and reports the events during your clients Independent Medical Examinations (IME's).

You can be assured that your legal team will receive a detailed summarized account of the examination in chronological order, along with the questions that were asked of your client and their responses.

You will receive details of the proceedings of the examination of your client as we are with them for the entire duration. Our nurse witnesses quietly observe the entire examination, take notes and give an extensive report of what transpired.

Arm & Shoulder Injuries

We observe your client from the time that they arrive until the appointment is completed; we will document if your client is noted to be changing positions, grimacing in pain, or has limited mobility. During the examination we not only make notes of your clients' statements that are made during the examination but also observe their body language during the examination. We also observe the doctor who examines them, and also take notes of assistive medical tools that may or may not be used by the doctors. In addition we note the procedures followed while performing the examination and mention them in detail. If the IME doctor makes statements we also note them in our reports.
